Since his first novel was published in 1975, Eric Van Lustbader has had more than 25 best-selling novels, including those that continue Robert Ludlum’s series about international assassin Jason Bourne, and a graphic novel for DC Comics. Before turning to writing full time, he enjoyed a career within the New York City public school system, and often wrote pieces on up-and-coming musicians for Cash Box Magazine. He currently lives in New York City and Long Island with his wife, where he tends his prized collection of Japanese maples and beech trees.
